I am currently the coordinator for the M.A. for Teachers in Mathematics here at York University. To address the concerns of the students in that program I have started a blog http://maformathteachers.blogspot.com/ which will include announcements, discuss the philosophy of the program and solicit feedback.

I am involved in a research group Affine Schubert Calculus: Combinatorial, geometric, physical, and computational aspects which is funded by the NSF. The web page lists upcoming events and research projects.
